Frank Hutton
Joined the U.S. Air
Force in 1942. After completing basic training, he was sent Atlantic City, New
Jersey for overseas training. Hutton was deployed to North Africa and joined the
2076 Engineer Utility Attachment in Casablanca, Morocco. He served with the Air
Force Corps of Engineers in North Africa and Italy until Germany’s surrender in
1945. Hutton was transferred to Panama City, Panama, and then to Seymour Johnson
Pier in Goldsboro, N.C. He was discharged form the Air Force in 1945. |
